On the Road to a Healthy Start: Tomorrow's Healthy Babies Begin With Today's Healthy Women at the Antioch Baptist Church in Hempstead, New York presented by the Nassau County Department of Health Perinatal Services Network in partnership with the Downstate New York Healthy Start Program/EOC of Nassau County and the March of Dimes. Workshops in English and Spanish (Espanol) - Taking Care of Your Pregnancy, A Healthy Woman: Mind, Body and Spirit (preconception health), Eating Smart, The Blues as well as others. Community Resource Tables.
Free Conference. Breakfast and Lunch will be served. Free raffle and prizes. Transportation provided on a first come, first served basis.
